The DallasMavericks are on an 11 game winning streak thanks to their new look lineup which includes big man Brennan Haywood, slasher Caron Butler, and tough guy DeShawn Stevenson. The injection of the these savy vets has made Dallas a more physical, tenacious team. They have jumped 4 spots in the race in the western confence to the #2 spot and now they’re just 3 1/2 games behind the NBA Champion Lakers for the #1 seed. In my eyes there is no more of an impending danger to the Lakers repeat than the Dallas Mavericks.
