Baylor Bear WILL BE THE talk of the weekend!!!
The Baylor Bears are an emerging team in this NCAA tournament, they have easily flown by in the first two round and I belive they will send a Cinderella and a college power house back to school this weekend. Behind the great guard play of LaceDarius Dunn and Tweety Carter the Bears should handle what I call a great “AAU team” in Saint Mary’s on Friday. The Bears speed and athleticism should put the Cinderella to sleep by at least 10 points. Then they will have to deal with Coach K and his fundamentally sound Duke team (if they can pass fellow Big 12 team Texas A&M). Duke vs. Baylor would be a slobber knocker, but with Baylor having a major home team advantage being only 100 miles off campus I would have to give them the slight nod. The player to watch in the game will be Ekpe Udoh who has the athleticism and play-maker ability to be a lottery pick in the upcoming 2010 NBA Draft. He is a very rangy big man on defense and an explanation mark finisher on offense. It should be a great weekend to be a Bear!
